Privacy Policy

At Real Estate Agent Virginia Beach ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and referral concierge services.

1. The Nature of Our Service

We are a private real estate referral network, not a licensed real estate brokerage. The primary purpose of our website is to collect your inquiry and introduce you to an independent, licensed real estate agent in Virginia who matches your specific criteria.

2. Information We Collect

When you fill out our "Agent Match Inquiry" form or contact us via phone, we collect:

• Personal Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
• Real Estate Preferences: Whether you are buying, selling, or relocating, and your preferred neighborhoods (e.g., North End, Sandbridge).
• Automated Data: Like many websites, we may collect non-identifiable data such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage metrics to improve our site performance.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information (TCPA Consent)

By submitting your information through our site, you are explicitly providing consent for us to share your details with our network of vetted, independent real estate agents. This is required to fulfill your request for an agent introduction.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our partner agents regarding your real estate inquiry, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. Our forms are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Web3Forms).

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as local agent websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
